Inventory sheet from warehouse photos

Photograph shelves or a sorted pallet and get a starter inventory sheet with item names, counts, and bin locations.

Works with: GeminiGrok BotChatGPT Agent

Steps

  1. Photograph each shelf with a visible bin label.
  2. Upload the photos in order.
  3. The agent lists items, counts, and locations.
  4. Fix anything it couldn't read.

Copy-paste prompt

From these warehouse photos, create an inventory list. Each shelf photo has a bin label. For each item: description, estimated count, bin location, and a [CHECK] flag if you are not sure. Output as CSV I can paste into Google Sheets.

Replace the [BRACKETS] with your own details. Always review before an agent sends, buys, or posts anything for you.
